Insurance and Payment Information in Fairfield County

In-Network Insurance Plans: We are pleased to be in-network with ConnectiCare and Aetna. We are accepting new patients for all types of Breast Reconstruction (including DIEPS), Facial Fractures, Hand Surgery, and other medically necessary procedures. If your surgery is deemed medically necessary by your physician and falls under your insurance coverage with ConnectiCare or Aetna, we will work with you to process the necessary paperwork and submit claims on your behalf.

Out-of-Network Insurance Plans: For all other insurance plans, we are out-of-network. This means that if you have insurance coverage with a provider other than ConnectiCare or Aetna, you will be responsible for payment at the time of your procedure. However, for medically necessary procedures, we can provide you with billing information that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan's out-of-network benefits.

Cosmetic and Non-Medically Necessary Procedures: Please note that all cosmetic surgeries and non-medically necessary procedures are not submitted to insurance and are considered out-of-pocket expenses. This includes procedures that are elective in nature and not covered by insurance plans. We will work with you to discuss payment options and ensure you understand the costs associated with your desired procedure.
